The design and some key specifications of the Galaxy A20s have been disclosed on the China Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's website certification website. The internal model is SM-A2070. This is the Samsung Galaxy A20s' Wi-Fi and Bluetooth certification.

 The Galaxy A20s will be equipped with a 6.49-inch Infinity-V display, 4000mAh battery and dual SIM support. The 3D size is 163.31 x 77.52 x 7.99mm. Other details mentioned in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology list include Android OS and 4G LTE support.

 The Samsung Galaxy A20s features a vertically aligned three-post camera with an LED flash underneath, a rear camera module protruding from the back, and volume and power buttons on the left and right sides.  There is also a fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone and the Samsung logo.  The front of the phone seems to have a design very similar to the Galaxy A20.
